Not to forget Australia's number 1 beach, and one of the world's most favoured, incredible Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet with its pure white sands and surrounding perfectly coloured crystal clear, aqua waters. This scenic flight truly does cover it all!
With flights available any time between 8am and 4pm (subject to availability), you have the freedom to discover the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef at whatever time you desire. Experience Tropical North Queensland at its peak as swimmers snorkel and dive below, boats travel the waterways and holiday makers relax on the sanded shores of the islands with a midday flight. Or opt for an early morning or late afternoon flight and witness the magic and serenity of the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef as you enjoy views of relatively empty waterways.
This scenic flight package includes guaranteed window seats, in flight pilot commentary as well as courtesy bus transfers to and from Airlie Beach accommodation, town centre or nominated locations. If you would prefer to make your own way to the departure point, flights leave from Whitsundays Airport at the main airport terminal near the baggage claim. Despite a 35 passenger capacity, each flight has a maximum of 7 passengers ensuring you a personalised flight. There is a minimum requirement of 2 passengers for the flight to operate. The ideal way to start your dream holiday, or to even end an already perfect trip, this 60 minute scenic flight is the must add addition to any itinerary!

“ Aircon coach ride to the airport, the plane was a bit hot to be in, I was sweating like crazy. Felt very comfortable and safe on the plane. Take off was very smooth with views of the bushland flowed by the ocean, islands and reefs. We got to see the famous heart-shaped reef!! Along with many other reefs and islands all while being told great facts on the places we have seen.
Stunningly beautiful views! Great pilot with knowledge of the area.

2 years agoThanks so much, the day was amazing and everything went smooth right from check-in to check out. I would highly recommend doing this tour Heart Reef and all the islands off Airlie Beach are absolutely stunning to see from a plane, I would not hesitate to do this tour again.
We had a change of plans due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff were more then helpful to make our experience a memorable one

Very amazing experience right from the receptionist who helped us check in to our flight to the bus driver to the pilot highly recommended. This is a must-do while in Whitsundays. Thank you again.
It was an experience to remember
3 years agoIt was an experience to remember! I booked the Whitsundays 60-minute scenic flight. The check in process and the briefing prior to takeoff was seamless, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and it was an added bonus for me to be in the co-pilot seat! Just before takeoff, the skies cleared up and I was able to see the beauty of the Whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef from a different perspective. The highlights of the flight were seeing the Hill Inlet - arguably the most photographed spot in Australia, and the ever famous Heart Reef on Hardy Reef. It was an experience to remember! I highly recommend doing this scenic flight while you’re at the Whitsundays!
